Episode #22 – Finding Your Rhythm

In this show, we have an interview with Annalise Hess of the Matthew Kelly foundation. How often have you felt like things are not balanced in your own life. In Matthew Kelly’s book, the Rhythm of Life, he talks about becoming the best version of ourselves and how to find balance in our life.

To start off the show, we have two new lines from John and Lori. They are particularly hard – see how we fit them into the show. If you have a line to suggest, leave us a voicemail at 206-337-7945.

In the news segment, we talk about a new podcast called Secrets of Flashforward. We started this show in response to ABC’s new hit primetime drama. We talk about our t-shirt contest and about some new members of the Catholic Church. Finally, we talk about Popple’s new CD, Hip Hip Hooray! Check out popple.us to listen to the music and buy their new CD.

Finally, we talk a little bit about stuff we like, tech gadget edition. Want to know some of the cool things we use? Take a listen to the show.

Lastly, looking ahead, next week we’ll have Mike Hayes, formerly from Busted Halo.

Great show guys. Gotta tell the listeners though, that the ustream after show is generally the best “unplugged” silliness ever.

Caught the RickRoll over at Daily Breakfast–you guys are in trouble now…

Yeah, I just heard it today and I couldn’t stop laughing! Fr. Roderick definitely wasn’t expecting the RickRoll… we’ll have to see how he pranks us back.
