Have you ever wanted to know more about praying the psalms? It turns out that there’s a way to do that – it’s called the Liturgy of the Hours and it is the prayer of the Church. To kick off our show, we have a good amount of news about sports. This weekend is Super Bowlweekend so we decided to talk a little bit about the New Orleans Saints and some of the ads that will air during the Super Bowl. Finally, Jen in Montana sent us an interesting piece of news about the top prospect of the Athletics deciding to become a priest.

The Vatican now his its own YouTube channel and recognizes the need to use technology to help people share their faith.

It’s pro-life week and in honor of that, we have Mary Kay Culp from Kansans for Life on our show to talk about the pro-life march and what Kansans for Life does. Listen to find out more about this important week.

This week, as part of our news, we have decided to talk about our new favorite iPhone application, Words with Friends. It’s a great game where you can play over the net with other friends, either live or in taking individual turns.

As part of our interview segment, Mary Kay Culp talks with us about the Roe vs. Wade supreme court decision and how it has affected the world. Ever year, on the anniversary of that decision, a group of people march on our nation’s capital in order to show their disagreement with the court’s decision.

Happy New Year! It’s that time of year again where everyone does a summary show of the past year. We’ve decided not to do that—we’re doing a wrap-up show. We talk about our favorite episodes from this past year and take the opportunity to thank all our listeners.

To start off the show, we’ve got a great piece of feedback from our friend Dave in Wisconsin and Pat talks about his love of his Flip video. According to Nick, Pat wouldn’t put the camera down even while they were recording.
